WARRANTY and RETURN POLICY
When you need to return a product to Whitemore Supply, please follow these instructions so we can serve you better.
- No returns on special ordered items.
- Warranties require a copy of the original invoice.
- Once you have a copy of the original invoice send it to us using one of the below options:
-email it to sales@bigofan.com
fax a copy to (972) 272-9938 - Call 1-866-BIGOFAN and explain the reason for the return and get a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).
- Ship item back prepaid via UPS to:

- Repack return items carefully to avoid damage.
- Refunds do not include freight and are subject to a restocking fee.
